Milkless Cornbread

I am a corn bread lover- as long as it is light, warm, and smothered with butter and honey. When I experimented with dairy free ingredients I was very skeptical. I am happy to say that everyone likes this version better than the regular one.

3 Cups Bisquick
1/2 Cup Corn Meal
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Rice Milk
2 Sticks Nucoa Margerine (or other milkless stick Margerine)

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything together in a large bowl. Pour into a 9 x13" pan and bake 40-45 minutes or until set in the middle and a light golden brown.
