Chicken Salad

You can serve this salad on baguettes, crackers, croissants, or just plain bread.



2 Shredded Chicken Breasts (Bake raw chicken wrapped in foil at 400 degrees for 40-60 minutes, or until juices run clear, shred with a fork or your fingers once cooled.)
2 Cups halved Grapes
1/4 Cup Chopped Cashews
Aproximately 1/2 Cup Mayo
Salt
Pepper
