When rolling out the dough roll it to 1/2 inch and spread it with Cilanro Pesto. Roll as you would a jelly roll "hot dog style" as my children would say. Slice the roll into biscuits 1 1/2 inches thick. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees.
See, even my toddler can't wait 'till they're cooked to sneak a bite.
