Lemon Sorbet

I served this with Russian Tea Cakes and Vanilla Ice Cream. The flavors and textures were perfect together. Even my brothers who are rather picky with their desserts pounded this.


3 Cups Water
Juice from 4 Lemons
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Honey (or corn syrup)
1 Cup sugar

Combine all ingredients and heat in a medium saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Chill in fridge. Follow Ice Cream Maker instructions.
