This can be used to dip fruit in, frost cupcakes with, or fill a cake.
1 cup whipping cream
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
Whip cream and cream cheese until soft peaks form. Thaw strawberries in microwave. Add strawberries to whipped cream mixture. Whip until stiff peaks form.
