Cheesy Zucchini

This is my favorite way to eat zucchini.

2 Small Zucchini's thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar Cheese

Cook zucchini with water in a medium saucepan until tender. Remove and discard some water until approximately 1/4 Cup of water remains. Add cheese. Simmer until the cheese is melted and combined with water. Serve hot.
