Strawberry Blackberry Sorbet

This one's my favorite Sorbet.

1 lb Fresh Strawberries
1 Handful Blackberries
1 Cup Sugar
2 1/2 Cups Water
1/4 Cup Honey (or corn syrup)

Wash and stem berries. Puree in a blender with 1 cup water. Press through sieve to remove seeds. Heat 1 cup water and the sugar in a small saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Mix sugar syrup, honey, berry juice, honey and the remaining water in a bowl. Follow ice cream maker instructions.
