Two of my children are lactose intolerant so finding and affording a good frozen treat can be difficult. Making one, however, is super easy.
Lime Peach Mango Sorbet
1 Peeled and pitted Mango
3 Peeled and pitted Peaches
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Honey (or corn syrup)
Juice from one Lime
Put everything in a blender and puree. Follow instructions for your ice cream maker.
